Swarm Zone Lore

No one knows much about the strange insect-like beasts that inhabit this barren wasteland. Even fewer understand why they never bother to leave for a more favorable environment. But one thing is for sure, the beasts are dangerous and powerful. Few ever return from the wastes alive, and those that do normally return as bare husks of their former selves, speaking of some kind of 'hive city' from which these beasts spawn from.
